Minchies Lucerne cube is made up of: 1.5% Calcium and 98.5% of pure Lucerne. It comes in the form of a 20mm pellet, extruded with long fibre length. Sample Analysis

Aside from the financial savings, Minchies Lucerne Cubes offer a vast variety of benefits that traditional Hay and Chaff Feeding do not. These include:-
- Optional Soaking, whilst it will still be beneficial to soak Minchies Lucerne Cubes for feeding horses, now that we have reduced the size it’s no longer necessary for most horses.
- Palatability, the NEW Minchies Lucerne Cubes are now even more palatable. Aged Horses, with minimal teeth and who aren’t able to consume roughage in the traditional form of Grass and Hay benefit tremendously from the introduction of soaked Minchies Lucerne Cubes into their Diet.
- Storage Space, One 30 kg bag of Minchies Lucerne Cubes requires less storage space then a Bale of Hay or Bag of Chaff. Minchies Lucerne Cubes are mess free and bagged for your convenience.
- No Product Wastage, Unlike Hay, Minchies Lucerne Cubes are easily fed from a feeder, they don’t blow around your paddocks in the wind and they don’t end up trampled into the ground or soiled by your stock.

Feeding Directions. – Lucerne Cubes
Minchies Lucerne Cubes are suitable for horses and ponies of all ages, sizes and disciplines. Minchies Lucerne Cubes can be fed Dry to most Stock. For older stock with poor teeth, or those prone to choke we recommend soaking with water for approx 30 minutes prior to feeding. As with the introduction of any new feed Minchies Lucerne Cubes are best introduced gradually over a 7 Day period.
Replace 1kg Hay/Chaff with .5Kg to .75g Kg Minchies Lucerne Cubes. |
