In order to maintain the pellets in top quality, it is recommended that the pellets are handled through an auger at the slowest possible speed, some condensation may form in sealed silos and under truck tarpaulins which may degrade pellet quality. It is recommended that adequate ventilation is available in silo roof area and tarps are removed from loads overnight.
